How to make Veg Cheese Sandwich - Quick Bite Recipe

A bread toast, some bacon and an omelette, best breakfast of the day. What about vegetarians, guess they deserve to get a good breakfast too...

Do not worry, we will have a nice, hot cheesy sandwich which will taste just like pizza. A very quick recipe. Fast to cook, quick to it and not to forget has lot of calories, but then once in a while eating some extra calories is not that bad.

Ok, I will make it quick and short, get ready.... grab your ingredients..... Let's begin.....

Ingredients & Steps to Make:
  • 1 pc Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 5 pcs Mushroom
  • 100 g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 50 g Sweet Corn (boiled)
  • 200 g Garlic butter
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese (diced or chopped)
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese (diced or chopped)
  • Black Pepper powder - as per taste
  • Oregano - as per taste
  • Chilly flakes - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste (optional)
  • Bread Slices - as required
Chop capsicum, onion, mushroom, paneer
  • Put them in a bowl
  • Add Sweet Corn
  • Add Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese
  • Add Black pepper
  • Add Salt (optional, as cheese will have salt in it)
  • Add Oregano
  • Add Chilly flakes
Mix Well
Spread garlic butter on both sides of 2 slices of bread
Place some of the mixture from the bowl and spread it evenly on top of one slice
Cover it with another slice


Take a manual grill / manual toaster
Place the raw sandwich inside the grill
Cook it for 5 minutes
Once the sandwich becomes brown and is evenly cooked from both sides, take them out from the grill




Yummy!!! Delicious veg cheese sandwich is ready to be served.

Sprinkle little grated processed cheese on top and serve it with potato chips and sauces / chutneys of your choice.
