Mag 'n' Cheese Balls - Fried Maggi Recipe

Yes, friends - you all have read it right. It's Mag 'n' Cheese not Mac 'n' Cheese because I have replaced the traditional use of Macaroni and Cheese recipe to my own Maggi and Cheese Ball recipe.

Ingredients & Steps to Make:
  • Take 1 potato

Peel it and grate it.
  • Take 1 packet (75 g) maggi noodles
Half boil it and do not add the taste maker.

Heat up a pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp butter
  • Add 1 tbsp white flour (maida)
Stir properly to avoid lumps.
  • Add 1 tsp salt
  • Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Add 1 pkt maggi taste maker
Stir and mix properly
  • Add 500 g cheddar cheese (grated)
Cook until cheese melts properly.
  • Add maggi noodles (half boiled)
  • Add 50 g boiled brocolli
  • Add grated potato
    brocolli and cheese maggi
  • Add 20 g boiled peas
Mix and Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add 2 tbsp fresh cream
Mix it well.
Take it out in a bowl.
Let it cool down in room temperature.
Then refrigerate it for minimum 2 hours.

Scoop the Mag 'n' Cheese, using a ice cream scoop.
  • Insert a cube of mozzarella in between.
Make a ball.
Wrap it with bread crumbs.

Fry it in medium hot oil under medium flame until golden brown.

Serve it with some tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
