Yes, friends - you all have read it right. It's Mag 'n' Cheese not Mac 'n' Cheese because I have replaced the traditional use of Macaroni and Cheese recipe to my own Maggi and Cheese Ball recipe.

Ingredients & Steps to Make:
- Take 1 potato
Peel it and grate it.
- Take 1 packet (75 g) maggi noodles
Half boil it and do not add the taste maker.
Heat up a pan.
- Add 2 tbsp butter
- Add 1 tbsp white flour (maida)
Stir properly to avoid lumps.
- Add 1 tsp salt
- Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Add 1 pkt maggi taste maker
Stir and mix properly
- Add 500 g cheddar cheese (grated)
Cook until cheese melts properly.
- Add maggi noodles (half boiled)
- Add 50 g boiled brocolli
- Add grated potato
- Add 20 g boiled peas
Mix and Cook for 5 minutes
- Add 2 tbsp fresh cream
Mix it well.
Take it out in a bowl.
Let it cool down in room temperature.
Then refrigerate it for minimum 2 hours.
Scoop the Mag 'n' Cheese, using a ice cream scoop.
- Insert a cube of mozzarella in between.
Make a ball.
Wrap it with bread crumbs.
Fry it in medium hot oil under medium flame until golden brown.
Mag 'n' Cheese Balls are ready to be served.
Serve it with some tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
