Two
friends who were sharing their passion for cuisines from around Mexico
City at an age where everyone was living through food. The idea behind
the restaurant came about when one friend went out looking after his
mother’s cooking – this simple concept became stuck on how great Spanish
dishes tasted but still kept being questioned because most restaurants
didn’t have any experience serving them yet.
We've
taken the best of what Mexico has to offer and blended it with the best
of modern cooking techniques to create the best of Mexican cuisine in
London.The food at their restaurant has been so well received, that they
now have a restaurant in Highbury Corner, South Kensington and are
continuing to grow. Over the years, they've had various restaurants
openings in other parts of the UK.
Our
journey to Mexican food excellence began when our very first lunch was
served to us by our amazing chef Carlos. He was a chef for eight years
before opening our own restaurant. One thing we can all now take pride
in is that we have continued to impress with the food we serve. The menu
is packed with flavors that are subtle and light, and we try to serve a
selection of the best of what Mexico has to offer.
We
pride ourselves on getting the best out of everything that we eat and
we couldn't be more proud. Our chef and team will ensure that every
facet of your dining experience is perfected! We're located in a
gorgeous building with private terrace seating which will be available
on request. We are only 5 minutes from the center of South London. We're
conveniently located between Waterloo station and Kings Cross, and just
a 4-minute walk from a number of Tube/Rail stations.
We
are honored to be serving a growing number of people around the world
who are hungry for Mexican food, and I'm happy to say that our
reputation among the dining public, and our business, is now strong.

All dishes hand crafted, prepared and served in a warm and welcoming
atmosphere. We’ll be serving our delicious dishes in the heart of
Maybury. We will have both traditional Mexican cuisine, and our own
unique cooking style Mexican recipes.
