It starts with YOU, and it ends with YOU. For Hindus every auspicious work has to start with the blessings for Lord Ganapati.
Ganesha,
also known as the Elephant God, is a deity who is worshiped before
every other deity. (As per Hinduism). As per scriptures, Lord Ganesha
loves to eat MODAK and thus till date modak is made in every household in Maharastra, and given as offerings to the deity.
The
recipe of Modak is not complicated as many thinks, it is easy to make
modak and is generally made in the kitchen of everyone's home. Specially
by the lady of the house.
