Whether you are a vegetarian or a non vegetarian, at some point of time we all have visited Barbeque Nation restaurant, since its inception. Thou it is a heaven for non-veg food lovers, however they have a lot to offer for vegetarian foodies also.
Bar BQ Nation is a themed cum buffet style restaurant with branches in many cities in India. When you visit any outlet anywhere in India or other countries, the most common thing you will find is their tables. Yes, the tables at Barbeque Nation are unique as they have square cut outs in the middle.
So if you are sitting on a table of four you will have one square cut out, which becomes two square cut outs for a table of eight. Well, you might be thinking why the tables have square holes in them?............ because that is the theme of the restaurant. They bring a grill and place it in the square cut outs, the grills are full of hot burning charcoal.
Then they place cooked foods of different variety poked by skewers, on the grill. Roast the food, apply oils and sauces as per your need and eat them hot right out of the grill.
Well, there is another important thing kept on the table - The FLAG. No, it is not any country's flag, but this flag is for flagging purpose. I mean, till the flag is up, the waiter will keep on serving you the starters, and once you turn the flag down, the waiter will stop serving you the starters and then you can go and dig into their buffet, if you still have place left in your stomach and you are not full yet.
The starter as well as the buffet menu is huge, and am not going to talk about it here. What I am going to share is, one of the most demanded menu item that is loved by all. Today I am going to talk about Cajun Potatoes. Yes, this is the most demanded item in the starter menu from Barbeque Nation.

Take a pressure cooker.

Once cooker has cooled down and pressure built inside is gone.
Take out the boiled potatoes and wash them in running water.
Do not peel the skin while washing the potatoes.
Let the potatoes cool down in room temperature.
Now press the potatoes one by one with your palm to flatten it. This will give them a sort of disc shape.
Take a bowl
