Hello Friends, today I am sharing a quick yet an unique recipe of Maggi bread rolls. It is a quick recipe that you can cook for breakfast, you can even serve this with evening tea or as a starter during lunch or dinner.
So without wasting much time, Let's Begin.......
Ingredients and Steps:
Heat up a pan.
- Add 1 tbsp oil
- Add 1 onion (chopped)
Fry the onions for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 tomato (chopped)
- Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Add 2 pouch Maggi masala
- Add 1/4 tsp salt
Stir and Mix properly.
Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add 2 cup water
- Add 2 packet (75g each) Maggi noodle cake
(TIP: Break the Maggi noodle cake, little while adding them).
Mix the Maggi properly with other ingredients.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves (fine chopped)
Mix it well.
Take out the cooked Maggi along with the veggies, on a plate and let them cool down.
Take a small bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
- Add little water
Make a paste out of it and keep it aside.
- Now take a slice of bread and cut all the four edges.
- Roll the bread flat with the help of a rolling pin.
- Put a spoon full of cooked Maggi and little cheese on one end of the flat bread and roll it.
- When you reach the end, use the maida paste to seal the end.
- Similarly, use the maida paste to seal both the sides of the bread roll.
Heat up a pan.
- Add 1 - 2 tbsp desi ghee (clarified butter)
- Add the Maggi filled bread rolls
Sallow fry the bread rolls on medium flame.
Turn the bread roll, once golden from one side.
Fry the other side, until golden.
Take out once both the sides are evenly fried and turns golden.
Maggi Bread Rolls are ready.
