Mushroom - also known as toads tool and is the fleshy sporo-carp of a fungus. The most common of all the edible mushrooms, is the white button mushroom, which is majorly produced by cultivation.
There is a huge variety of mushrooms but all are not edible and some are even poisonous. A very few variety like the button mushroom are edible and are generally grown over the ground.
So, let us make a restaurant style mushroom masala recipe today. Let's Begin....
Ingredients & Steps:
- Take 100g button mushroom (you can use bottled seal or fresh)
Heat up pan.
Fry the mushroom until golden brown.
Take it out of the oil.
In the same pan.
Keep 1 tbsp oil and take out anything extra left
- Add 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- Add 1 chopped green chilli
- Add 1/2 chopped onion
Fry until onion turns brown.
- Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 small size tomato (chopped)
- Add fried mushrooms
- Add 1 tsp fresh cream
- Add salt as per taste
- Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Add 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
- Add 1/2 tsp kasturi methi (dried fenugreek leaf)
- Add 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Add 1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
Cook until everything gets roasted properly.

Cook for 2 - 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leafs (dhania patta)
Mushroom Masala is ready to be served.
You can have it with rice or any type of bread of your choice.
