White Noodles - Maggi Recipe

Maggi by Nestle is one instant noodle that we cannot stop having, it is something that can be had anytime, feeling hungry late at night or want to munch something between meals, Maggi is quick to make and fast to eat.


The prices of this instant noodles have changed a lot, well all effects to the rising economy and in due course of time we have evolved this instant noodle dish from that of just boil, mix taste maker and have it to a variety of recipe. Maggi has also become famous as a street food item in almost all states of India and each different street food vendor has his or her own way of cooking Maggi.

The best part is Maggi noodles is such made that you can combine, mix and match lot of other foods with it, be it veggies or meats or just some herbs or cube of butter and slice of cheese. Also we have seen that people fry this instant noodles to make a variety of dishes.

Today we will make Maggi noodles in a white sauce, I prefer that creamy cheesy white sauce, well am a cheese lover for sure and for all those cheese loving subscribers today I will share my secret recipe of White Noodles prepared using Maggi. Only one thing before I start, we will not be using the taste maker in this recipe, but do not be sad, Maggi's taste maker is so tasty in itself that it can be had alone or can be mixed in some other dish to give it a new taste.

So Let's Begin....


Steps along-with Ingredients:

Take 2 Maggi cakes - take out the taste maker and keep it aside (remember we are not going to use it)
Boil the Maggi to a point so that it is not too hard and not too soft, avoid over boiling else Maggi will become soggy.
While Maggi is boiling.
  • Add 1 tsp oil
  • Add 1 pinch of salt
Once boiled, take it out and stain excess water, wash it under running tap water and with few ice cubes.
Keep it aside.

Heat up a pan
  • Add 3 tbsp butter
  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Add 1 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
As soon as you add the flour, start steering.

  • Add 250 ml boiled milk
  • Add 2 tsp liquid cheese
  • Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Add 2 tsp oregano
  • Add 1 tsp salt
Cook until little thick.
  • Add boiled Maggi
Stir properly.

  • Add 1 tbsp boiled corn (must)
  • Add 1 tbsp capsicum (chopped into small pieces)
  • Add 1 tbsp tomato (chopped into small pieces)
  • Add 1 tbsp peas (boiled)
  • Add 1 tbsp onion (chopped into small pieces)
Mix well and properly.

White Noodles using Maggi is ready.

Take it out on a plate, put a slice of cheese on top, sprinkle 1 pinch oregano and 2 pinch Maggi taste maker (can't live without it) on top.

Garnish with a coriander sprig.
Serving Size: 1 person.
