Hi Everyone, I know you all might be enjoying the Ukadiche Modak
now. However those who have not able to make the tradition modak, for
some or the other reason and still want to offer MODAKS to Lord Ganesha.
Here is a shortcut.....
A fast and quick recipe for flavored modak. Let us cook CHOCOLATE MODAK quickly. Let's Begin.....
Ingredients & Steps:
Take a mixer grinder.
- Add 10 - 15 glucose biscuits (broken)
Grind them to get a fine powder.
Now take a mixing bowl.
- Add 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- Add biscuit powder (that we made)
- Add 2 tbsp condensed milk
- Add 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Add 1 tbsp elaichi (cardamon green) powder
- Add 1 tsp saffron
- Add 1 pinch of salt
Mix and knead to form a dough.
Make small balls out of the dough.
- Put small balls inside Modak Mold (Easily available in the market, or order online)
Press it firmly.
Take out the shaped modaks.
Chocolate Modaks are ready.
