Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 1 onion (fine chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 cup tomato puree (readily available in market)
- ½ sliced capsicum
- 2 tbsp coriander (fine chopped)
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 4 wrapping tortillas / bread / paratha / roti
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp carrot (grated)
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese (grated)
- salt to taste
Cooking Steps:
Let us prepare the stuffing first.
Place a wok on the stove
- Add butter and heat it.
- Add paneer cubes
Roast until it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
- Add more butter
- Add onion
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add turmeric
- Add chilli powder
- Add coriander powder
- Add cumin powder
- Add garam masala.
Sauté on low flame until spices turn aromatic and gets roasted.
- Add tomato puree.
- Add salt
- Add roasted paneer
- Add capsicum
Mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes

- Add coriander.
Stuffing it ready, keep it aside.
Let us make the sauce.
Take a mixing bowl
- Add chilli powder
- Add turmeric
- Add cumin powder
- Add coriander powder
- Add garam masala
- Add chaat masala
- Add salt as per taste
Mix well.
Sauce is ready.
Assembling time:
Take the wrap
First, spread mayonnaise
Second spread chilli sauce.
- Add prepared paneer stuffing
- Add sauce
- Add cheddar cheese
Last, roll tightly without letting the stuffing to come out, cut into halves and serve.
