Olli Bhel - Mumbai Chaat Recipe

olli bhel recipe

Mumbai is a street food city and there are many food items which are famous as street food, like the Pav Bhaji, Vada Pau, Chuski Gola (Crushed Ice dipped in flavored and colored sweetener) and the Olli Bhel.

Olli Bhel is a light evening time snack, made out of puffed rice and other ingredients, combined with flavorful chutney. Olli Bhel can be had as it is or can be combined with tea or coffee. An evening walk on the chowpatty beach in Mumbai with Olli Bhel in your hands and those cold soothing breeze kissing your skin and hairs.
