Hi Friends, as promised I am back, yet again with another chutney recipe. What is it? Well, the most yummy Peanut Chutney. So without wasting any time Let's Begin........ 
Ingredients & Steps: 
Heat up a pan
- Add 5 tbsp oil
 - Add 2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
 - Add 5 - 7 curry leaves
 - Add 2 cloves of garlic
 - Add 1/2 tsp heeng (asafoetida)
 - Add 1/2" ginger
 - Add 2 cup peanuts
 
Roast the peanut for almost 5 minutes. 
Peanuts will start popping and cracking.
At this point switch off your flames and transfer the ingredients on a plate and let them cook down completely. 
Take a mixture grinder.
- Add 1 cup coconut
 - Add 1 green chilli
 - Add 1 small piece of tamarind (imli)
 - Add All the roasted peanut along with other ingredients which have cooled down
 - Add salt as per taste
 - Add 1 cup water
 
Grind well to get a paste. Keep it in a serving bowl and let us prepare the tempering. 
Heat up a pan.
- Add 2 tbsp oil
 - Add 3 dry red chilli
 - Add 2 tsp fine mustard seeds
 - Add 7 - 10 curry leaves
 
Stir properly and when the mustard seeds starts popping, pour the content of the pan on top of the chutney. Mix once properly.
Peanut Chutney is ready.
